Varma Homes Private Limited is a company incorporated in 2016 under the Indian Companies Act 2013. Years of expertise in the industry taught us that real happiness can only be found when the homes built are of quality.
At Varma Homes, we are focused on fulfilling a legacy, as we embark on a mission to turn the idea of owning a dream home, into a happy reality. In all these years of building perfect homes, we have made our customer's happiness our number one priority. This is the reason why we envision, plan, and execute every home diligently and deliver them timely so that our customers can experience the exuberance of owning a home. Our ample facilities, location advantages, and host of amenities make sure that they indulge in a unique lifestyle.
Currently, with premium projects that span across Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, and Thrissur, Varma Homes is set on a vision of building quality homes in Kerala’s premium locations. Our customers prefer value for money hence with our expertise in design capabilities and strong technical team, the houses are built with proper space management and construction at the most economical cost. This has earned us the title of Kerala’s trusted builder; with every new project, we execute in our homeland.

Mr. K Anil Varma Managing Director
Mr. Anil Varma's tryst with construction dates back to '89 when he graduated with a degree in civil engineering, a diploma in construction management from Bangalore university and he is an alumni of IIM Bangalore. He worked with some of the major builders across South India until 1996. Mr. Anil Varma is an entrepreneur since 1996 when he founded Varma Constructions, crafting lifestyle spaces including hospitals, apartment and villas for major builders in and across Kerala. From there on, there has been no looking back. He partnered with two others in 2006 when Asset Homes was established, serving as one of its Director until 2016. With over 25 years of experience he had the urge and the drive to go that extra mile and create Varma Homes. Currently Varma Homes has total 20 residential projects in the cities of Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram and Thrissur. Out of these, 8 projects delivered ahead of schedule and the construction of all the other projects are progressing fast. The company plans to launch new residential projects shortly in Kozhikode and other locations in Kerala as well.
A man of many accolades, he serves as the Joint Secretary of CREDAI Kochi, Joint Secretary of Kerala Management Association (KMA), Executive Committee Member of BAI Kochi, Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), Approved Valuer, Registered 'A' Grade Engineer (LSGD), member of ASAP (Additional Skill Acquisition Programme- Government of Kerala), past President of Rotary Club, past President of ACE (Association of Construction Engineers), member of GRACE (Graduate Association of Civil Engineers), and Charter President of MVJ College of Engineering Alumni. Additionally, he is a member of the Cochin Gymkhana Club, Engineers Club, Tripunithura Cricket Club, RSC (Regional Sports Centre- Kochi), CIAL Golf Club, and the Fine Arts Society.
Anil Varma is married to Dr. Mini Varma, also a Director of the Company. They are blessed with a daughter, Arathy Varma.

Dr. Mini Varma Director
Mini Varma, an Ayurvedic Doctor by profession, is the other Director of the company. She is a nature enthusiast and her passion lies in incorporating nature friendly spaces into daily living. Visiting faculty of Major Ayurveda Institutions, With the support and guidance from her, he plans on engineering green eco - friendly spaces that complement nature and giving more than just ordinary to their CSR segment.
An avid reader and a passionate singer, she is an active member(also the past president) of the Rotary Inner Wheel Club, Cochin Gymkhana Club and RSC (Regional Sports Centre- Kochi).

Eco Initiatives
ZERO wastage policy. Years of experience has helped us realise the amount of wastage involved in constructing not only homes, but any structure for that matter. We plan on making use of every component that goes into construction judiciously and responsibly for some good purpose or the other, involved in our projects. We are also an IGBCE LEED Certificate holder.
CSR
Mission 2+2. According to the rule book, CSR involves contributing 2% of the profit towards the society. Or in other words, giving back to the society. You could say we have a large heart. Our 2+2 policy involves giving back to you more, if it means a better livelihood for all sections of the society.
